I accidentally created multiple accounts under different email addresses. What do I do?

If you accidentally created two Oxford Insight accounts (for example, one with your personal email address and one with your university email address), we can remove the account you don’t need. To help us resolve the issue, please contact Technical Support and provide the following details:

  • The email address for the account you’d like to keep (should be your university address).
  • The email address for the account you’d like to remove.

Important Note: The account that you specify will be deactivated and removed from the course. If you completed any work in the course under that account, you will need to re-submit that work under the remaining account and discuss with your instructor.
